April 5th was my firs race in the Northwest in Kalispell, MT and then I headed down to Walla Walla, WA for the 30th annual Barrel Daze. Kalispell will be the place I go the most, but Cour'd Alene (?) is putting on some barrel races this summer.

April 23, 2008 10:25:06 Amanda Haworth Yeah, Walla Walla was a hard drive, took us around 7 hours to get down there, but it was a great race and I met some pretty famous barrel racers!
April 23, 2008 10:26:34 Amanda Haworth We got our hay from the Groves in Paradise Valley. The produced some nice timothy/grass mix, the Alfalfa was a little too stemy. We live 1/2 mile from the Paragon Ranch and we are buying our hay from them this summer since they live around the corner. Russ Moss is cutting the hay.
