So why should you post a featured ad instead of the regular photo ad? In general featured ads will receive a lot more page views as opposed to regular photo ads. Number of page views typically translates to a quicker and a better sale. There are few things we do to achieve this:
- Featured ads show up highlighted in the search results, so they attract more attention to those who are looking to buy.
- Some featured ads show up at the top of the search results automatically.
- We place featured ads on many other pages including other websites. We have many affiliates who display featured ads on their web pages. We are also able to understand who is looking at them and will always first display those featured ads that are closer to the geographical location of the viewer.
Still not convinced? Do a
search for horses and compare how many times a featured ad has been viewed to a regular photo ad and take into consideration the age of the add (i.e. compare the ads that have been posted for a relatively same amount of time).
