ITLogy, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject your refund. If your refund is approved we will remove your ad immediately. If a refund is granted, please allow up to 60 days to process the refund. |

Members must make a claim for a refund within 7 days of the original purchase of an online ad. There are no refunds after 7 days of the original purchase. |

Only online ads qualify for a refund. Any products or livestock purchased from a seller advertising on EverythingEquus.com does not qualify for a refund by ITLogy, LLC. |
