| Prize Giveaway Official Rules |
Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) ("US"), Canada (except the province of Quebec), Australia, and the United Kingdom ("UK") for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Giveaway may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. US, UK, CA, and Australian residents must have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence in order to participate. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Timing:
Giveaway contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. P.T. on Thursday, February 9, 2006, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. P.T. on Friday, June 30, 2006.
How to Enter:
To enter you must:
- Be an active member on the EverythingEquus.com website. An active member, hereafter “Member”, has a valid user name and password on EverythingEquus.com and has not had their account suspended, disabled or deleted due to non-compliance with EverythingEquus.com terms of use policy.
- Must post at least 1 qualifying ad. The qualifying ad(s) must a. be a Horse, Tack, Service Trailer or Feed and Supplement Ad. Missing Horse or Event ads do not qualify b. be a Photo or Featured ad c. include at least 1 picture of the item or logo d. be an actual service or item for sale by the member e. compete posting of the ad before 11:59:59 p.m. P.T. on Friday, June 30, 2006
Only one entry per household, farm, stable or ranch. Members may post more than one (1) ad but will only be considered for one (1) entry. Items posted to EverythingEquus.com that the member has no intention of selling but rather are posted just for the sole purpose of entering the contest or posts of a false item that is not actually owned by the member or is not available will disqualify the member from the contest and the ad will be removed from the site. Members may be contacted by EverythingEquus.com staff to verify that the item is or was for sale before prizes are awarded.
Selection of Potential Winner:
Potential winner will be determined by random drawing from all entries received, to be held within 7 days from11:59:59 p.m. P.T. Friday, June 30, 2006, the contest end date. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Potential winner will have ten (10) days from notification to accept the prize by responding to the email notification, returning our phone call or accepting verbally over the phone if we are able to reach the potential winner.
Winners List:
A winners list will be posted on this web site http://www.everythingequus.com/giveaway/winners.php on the World Wide Web. If winner requests confidentiality, only a first name and state will be provided.

Delivery of Prizes:
Winner of the Saddle from Specialized Saddles will be contacted by Specialized Saddle within 4 weeks. Allow 8-10 weeks for saddle to be custom built and shipped. For all other prizes allow up to twelve (12) weeks for shipment. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, including, without limitation, any applicable VAT.
Odds:
Odds of winning any of the prizes described above depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final. EverythingEquus.com reserves the right to disqualify any person, e-mail address or ad that EverythingEquus.com determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. EverythingEquus.com, Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible or unsuccessful efforts to notify or contact winner notices; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of EverythingEquus.com or the Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway or arising from the participant's access to and use of the Internet site http://www.EverythingEquus.com to the extent permitted by law including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. EverythingEquus.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, EverythingEquus.com reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from all entries received prior to the time of cancellation. By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold EverythingEquus.com, Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation (to the extent permitted by law), personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
